Requires collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements, facilitates debriefs and decision-making, and builds a proactive candidate pipeline for permanent or freelance placements in engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, and office/administrative support. Focuses on candidate sourcing through multiple channels (social media, job fairs, networking) and ensures ongoing communication about status, career path, and development opportunities. Emphasizes development of relationships with clients to understand current and future staffing priorities and to deliver qualified candidates aligned to client specifications.
