Job Summary

Senior TA Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for CBC/Radio-Canada's Northern presence, acting as primary brand ambassador, developing talent-attraction strategies, and partnering with hiring managers across northern communities. Role requires onsite presence in Yellowknife (4-5 days/week) with travel within the Northern regions, and a focus on building a diverse workforce that aligns with CBC values and Indigenous relations. Key duties include advising managers through the recruitment cycle, crafting compelling job descriptions, developing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, extending offers, maintaining pipelines, ensuring compliance with agreements and labour laws, and enhancing candidate and manager experience while promoting the employer brand. Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, plus experience in high-volume, fast-moving recruitment environments and familiarity with ATS tools (Workday is an asset). A diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR/IR is an asset. Travel within Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut is required. Primary location: Yellowknife, NT; on-site, full-time.
