Job Summary
Execute high-volume campus hiring across Australasia and South-east Asia for Products, Consulting, and Technology roles. Build and maintain university relationships with career centers, faculty, and student groups to attract and retain high-potential talent. Manage pipelines of interns, direct-sourced applicants, and referrals while ensuring consistent candidate experiences and data integrity. Plan and execute Early Careers programs, including Launch and Internship initiatives, in coordination with global teams. Uphold compliance and acquisition processes throughout all activities. This role supports Mastercard's Early Careers Team, shaping the future through initiatives that connect uniquely talented graduates to the company's mission of powering economies and empowering people globally.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in university recruitment and in building and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities
- This includes career centers, faculty, student organizations and interest groups
- Analytical and able to make data driven insights to provide recommendations to continually evolve the function
- Strong Project Management and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presence
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity
- Comfort dealing with all levels of the organization
- Drive, passion, and high energy level
