Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of Windows systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of virtual and physical servers. Oversee Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DHCP, Site and Services, and Users and Computers. Provide technical support for software and hardware issues while assisting with business decisions related to performance management. Maintain user accounts and ensure systems remain in working condition. Work on-site in Rochester, New York, with potential travel to multiple locations within the area. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with active CI Polygraph and significant experience in enterprise systems administration.
Required Qualifications
