Senior Specialist, Syndicated Loans / Agency Specialist

Manage day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans by reviewing, researching, and analyzing documentation to ensure accurate lender onboarding and system setup. Confirm pertinent information for lender validations, obtain formation and tax documents, and resolve complex loan issues and escalated client inquiries. Collaborate with corporate tax, closing, servicing, and trades teams while acting as a liaison between lenders and internal groups. Facilitate tax withholdings and payments, coordinate work allocation, and provide technical assistance and training to junior employees. This role supports the broader syndicated loan and agency portfolio, requiring deep knowledge of loan systems and intricate operational problem-solving.
