Senior Specialist - Supply Chain Risk

Job Summary
Conduct supply chain risk assessments by identifying, evaluating, and documenting operational, financial, and geopolitical risks across procurement categories. Maintain supplier risk profiles, track mitigation actions, and monitor external indicators such as regulatory changes and market disruptions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to consolidate risk data, support continuity planning, and contribute to enterprise-level dashboards and governance reporting. Develop and update risk policies, playbooks, and templates while preparing accurate management updates on risk trends and mitigation progress. Support audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to supplier risk documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Accounting, Law, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced qualification
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)
- Knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements and familiarity with Vision 2030 goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to identify, summarize, and escalate risks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Experience within large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, infrastructure, tourism, entertainment, or urban development
