Job Summary
Lead Supply Planning and Allocation for Digital Appliance product categories by managing real-time forecasts and deliveries with Global Operations in Suwon, Korea. Serve as the primary liaison with SEA Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to optimize inventory across warehouses, track revenue progress, and handle exception management. Provide weekly executive reports and lead discussions with external customers and global representatives on operations and innovation projects. Achieve financial forecast targets by managing inventory fulfillment and delivery for revenue recognition while mitigating supply chain risks. Based in Plano, Texas, this onsite role requires a weekly/daily forecast rhythm and bilingual Korean and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years' experience in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Innovation
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization including weekly Executive level engagement across multiple functions and teams
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Korean and English
- Must be comfortable with a weekly/daily Forecast rhythm, not monthly
- Must be based in Plano, Texas
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Forecast Management experience
- Strong background in Supply Chain
- Fortune 500 or Global experience in a Hardware Company (e.g., Consumer Electronics, not software or services)
- Strong communications skills (PowerPoint, business case justification, P&L Analysis) to drive collaboration with Strategic Customers and Partners
