Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Program Analyst leads end-to-end procurement and commodity-management process design and standardization, drives strategic sourcing program execution and continuous improvement, coordinates cross-functional stakeholder engagement (Quality, Legal, IT, Finance, regional procurement), develops training materials and internal communications, builds Power BI dashboards consolidating supplier performance and risk data, manages supplier risk assessment and mitigation, and deploys AI-powered automation to streamline reporting and standardized workflows across a globally distributed procurement organization. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement, strong MS 365 and Power BI skills, experience with SAP/Ariba, and excellent communication skills. It is based in Round Rock, TX, USA, and Entegris notes no immigration sponsorship is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, or program/project management
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate/workflow automation, PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI with ability to build, publish, and maintain dashboards and reports from SAP, Ariba, SharePoint, Excel
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Experience in process design, continuous improvement, or program development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize data into executive summaries
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with AI/ML tools and agent development (Microsoft Copilot or similar)
- Familiarity with SAP procurement modules and SAP Ariba
- Knowledge of supplier segmentation, scoring, and supplier development planning
- Knowledge of quality management systems (EtQ or similar)
