Senior Specialist, Strategic Alliances

Job Summary
Oversee the company's relationship with external manufacturing partners as a "Virtual Plant Manager," leading the Focus Factory Team to ensure contractual obligations meet supply, quality, EHS, and pharmacovigilance standards. Establish Tier meetings, drive risk assessments across the value chain, and conduct site visits for Gemba walks, business reviews, and audit support. Partner with Business Development, Procurement, and Quality teams on commercial aspects, including partner selection, negotiation, and contract management. Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives, new product introductions, network optimization, and technology transfer programs while maintaining full compliance with GMP and EHS requirements. Travel up to 30% to support due diligence and alliance management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in alliance management
- demonstrated experience managing commercial, business, and manufacturing activities (Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Technology)
- Strong understanding of GMP and EHS requirements
- proven ability to achieve compliance goals
- Valid Driving License
