Job Summary
Coordinate speaker requests across Global Distribution channels, including scheduling, briefing support, and stakeholder communication. Manage multiple concurrent meeting and event projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are effectively executed while maintaining a centralized database to track participation and impact. Collaborate with Distribution, Investments, and Product teams to evaluate and prioritize speaker opportunities, providing reporting and insights to support decision-making and balanced resource allocation. Mentor junior team members and exercise independent judgment in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Maintain and enhance global workflows to identify efficiencies and improve operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5+ years of professional experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of building PowerPoint slides)
- Must be able to develop proficiency in MFS systems as required to perform the duties of this position
- Hybrid office schedule requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the Boston office
- Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Financial Services event management experience preferred
- Experience with virtual event platforms
- Knowledge of Cvent or similar event registration software is a plus
