Senior Specialist Seller Partner Manager - Latin America

Job Summary
Develop and execute multi-year partner business development plans aligned to SAP's go-to-market strategy while driving indirect business through coordinated joint marketing and pipeline creation tactics. Serve as the single point of accountability for the partner relationship end-to-end, coordinating interactions across executives, field teams, and solutions peers to ensure an exceptional experience. Own sales performance and pipeline development by coaching partners on the sales landscape and expanding their SAP footprint into innovation solutions. Evangelize SAP opportunities in financial terms to drive adoption and proactively develop cloud-ready capabilities across presales, sales, and post-sales functions. Manage and balance the use of SAP assets to accelerate partner readiness and autonomy. Fluent in Spanish and Advanced English with 2+ years in a partner-facing role. Regular Full Time, Hybrid, 0-10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and Advanced English (mandatory)
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Communications, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT business activities (Sales, Customer Service, Consulting)
- 2+ years in a partner-facing role
- Experience with Alliances
- Working knowledge of cloud solutions in B2B environments and SAP's solution portfolio
- Knowledge of markets and IT competitors in the Latin America region
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decisions across multiple stakeholders and geographies
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of operating across diverse teams and time zones
- Expected Travel: 0 - 10%
- Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor
