Senior (Specialist), Revenue and Cost Controlling

Job Summary
Prepare and present revenue and cost reports to F&C group management, analyzing profit and loss statements to evaluate profitability and derive KPIs. Monitor actuals for main cost types such as travel and research, while preparing forecasts for group, entity, and platform levels aligned with group controlling. Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, and Tax teams to actively control revenues from consulting projects and costs across organizational structures. Contribute to inter-disciplinary projects for the global F&C function and act as a competent point of contact for internal stakeholders. Join the ramping-up F&C service hub in Kuala Lumpur to support global operations with unique capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Revenue and Cost Controlling on an entity or group level
- preferably in an international environment in consulting or on the corporate side
- Analytical and conceptual working style
- strong implementation skills
- a distinct understanding of numbers
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Business fluent English skills
