Senior Specialist Regulatory Affairs (F/M/X)

Job Summary
Implement regulatory affairs strategy by reviewing and approving raw materials, recipes, and finished products for compliance. Validate high-complexity claims across packaging, advertisements, and media while generating accurate labelling specifications. Lead platform initiatives and provide proactive guidance to stakeholders on regulatory changes, crisis management, and technical developments. Mentor junior team members and interact with multiple functions to ensure ingredients, product composition, and labelling align with regulations and company policies. Maintain deep knowledge of regulatory, scientific, and nutrition risks within the corresponding market.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally 3 years of Regulatory affairs experience (industry, governmental, association background)
- Thorough mastering & understanding of the regulatory framework
- Core knowledge topics (e.g. flavors, additives, GMO, organic, dietary or religious suitability, etc.)
- Autonomy to conduct technical assessments
- Experience supporting issues management
- Advanced standing alone, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Building collaborative relationships
- Thinking creatively
- Communicating effectively and fluently in English
- Project management
- Basic business acumen
- Self motivation ability
Desired Qualifications
