Job Summary

Drive market share expansion and brand presence across regional retail accounts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska by building partnerships and guiding visual merchandising execution. Oversee daily account operations including order book management, inventory forecasting, and proactive resolution of customer inquiries while preparing data-informed sales presentations. Analyze sales performance metrics regularly to inform inventory adjustments and consistently hit revenue targets, conducting ongoing market analysis to monitor competitive dynamics and channel trends. This travel-intensive role requires a 30-60% travel schedule with a company vehicle, and the ideal candidate must live within an hour's drive of Portland, OR. You will report to the Head of Sales on the United States Sales team, joining a collaborative group dedicated to pioneering strategic account growth and bringing the brand's energy to every door.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or field marketing within a premium consumer goods, footwear, or apparel brand environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiation, account growth strategy, and navigating complex customer conversations to build long-term partnerships
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools, leveraging retail math and sales planning data to optimize sell-through and forecast demand accurately
  • Proven ability to challenge status quo assumptions, analyze sales metrics from multiple angles, and solve complex commercial challenges in dynamic market environments
  • Deep passion for storytelling and brand advocacy, with a track record of inspiring retail partners and driving product adoption across diverse audiences
  • Willingness to navigate a travel-intensive schedule of 30-60% across the designated territory while living within commutable proximity to Portland
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of the pre-employment process
