Job Summary
Conduct in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform complex root cause analysis, and execute recommendations. Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas while reviewing and overseeing technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software. Validate implementation code and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, 5–7 years of experience, and strong people leadership skills. Located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–7 years of total work experience
- Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses
- Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff
