Job Summary
Contribute to model-based strategies including translational PK/PD, mechanistic modeling, and clinical trial simulations to inform dose selection and optimize drug discovery. Represent the QP2-IO department on oncology discovery and clinical development teams to drive streamlined program development. Collaborate with cross-functional groups and external vendors on study design, protocol development, and data interpretation. Leverage quantitative approaches across development programs to support go/no-go decisions. This role requires a Ph.D. or equivalent with experience in pharmacometrics and population PK analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. with 0-2 years experience
- PharmD or MS or equivalent degree with preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Educational background in biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacometrics, chemical/biomedical engineering, or a related field
- Experience in performing population PK, PK/PD analyses using standard pharmacometrics software (e.g. NONMEM, Monolix, Phoenix, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication
