Job Summary
Senior Specialist -Q&FS responsible for setting up and driving continual improvement of the quality and food safety management system at the HUA chocolate plant, aligned with Mars Global Standards to meet site quality KPIs. Key duties include establishing, developing and maintaining a high quality and food safety system; creating monitoring and verification plans to ensure system effectiveness; handling incidents and consumer complaints and driving CAPA effectiveness; training on food safety standards; data analysis to drive quality performance improvements; conducting internal audits and inspections; overseeing quality management for new projects and change management. Requires familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Allergen management; knowledge of ISO9001 and FSSC22000; strong analytical and statistical skills; and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and Allergen management
- Understanding of ISO9001 and FSSC22000 systems
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics
- Fluent oral and written English
