Job Summary
Senior Specialist-Q&FS responsible for establishing and maintaining site quality systems and ensuring compliance with global standards and customer requests. Acts as the regulatory contact window with SRA, contributes to regulatory input in MRA and PRA, maintains quality certifications (SC/CIQ), manages site consumer and customer complaints with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement, handles local government regulatory interactions (MSA, CIQ), and addresses factory regulatory issues including R&D support. Required Qualifications
- University graduate
- 2 years relevant experience with GMP and food safety regulatory
- Systematic thinking
- self-starter
- inter-personal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
