Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst focused on building and implementing Detective Data Quality Controls (DQCs) based on Data Quality Requirements (DQRs); operate SQL-based checks on Snowflake and other data sources, plus file-based validations; investigate L2 data quality issues using SQL and ServiceNow, document findings, and escalate as needed; share knowledge within the DQM team and contribute to documentation, templates, and coaching; leverage SQL, Snowflake, file-based validations, and data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Grafana) to ensure quality and operational monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience running data quality checks
- Experience with Snowflake and file-based data
- Comfortable operating in BAU environments
- Bloomberg or market data exposure (nice-to-have)
- Securities or financial data experience (nice-to-have)
- Grafana or monitoring tool exposure (nice-to-have)
- Experience or exposure to Collibra for data cataloguing, lineage, classifications, and supporting data governance processes (nice-to-have)
