Job Summary
Support Securities Finance product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution by translating client, market, and regulatory inputs into actionable priorities. Gather and refine requirements, user needs, process improvements, and supporting product materials while partnering with technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams to deliver governed enhancements. Analyze client feedback, usage trends, service metrics, and market developments to identify opportunities, then support business cases, go-to-market readiness, communications, training, and client adoption. Maintain documentation, monitor performance, and participate in cross-functional forums to drive execution and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or related financial services domains
- Knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations
