Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management for card-linked offers across Europe, with a focus on Mastercard Travel Rewards (MTR). Lead and contribute to product management activities, support market readiness, respond to queries about program changes and new functionalities, proactively identify opportunities across divisions, analyze existing systems to identify gaps and improvements, monitor product performance using a KPI-based framework, and contribute to revenue and profitability while ensuring global best practices and compliance. Collaborate with regional and global teams, account management, sales, commercialization, and program management. Key skills include stakeholder management, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal English communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
