Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management within Mastercard's Cyber and Intelligence Solutions. Responsible for executing the Expert Support strategy to maximize usage of the AI fraud solutions, engaging with customers to capture experiences, analyzing risk KPIs, collaborating with regional and global product leads to drive customer engagement and feedback, building case studies and regional reports, onboarding customers, delivering training and best practice documentation, and supporting customers during fraud attacks. Requires strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools and large data sets; ability to translate complex technical details into business terms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field.
