Job Summary
Senior Specialist Procurement Aerostructures and Metallics will manage a group of suppliers, interact with cross-functional teams, and lead procurement activities for high-value aerospace components. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts and pricing, preparing and administering purchase orders/agreements, developing supplier performance plans, coordinating with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to align procurement with program goals, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ITAR, FAR/DFARS and internal policies, and mentoring team members. Strong communication, SAP/ERP experience, and ability to drive cost reductions and leverage strategic sourcing are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business administration or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5 years procurement, supply chain or related technical experience
