Job Summary
Identify risks and resolve escalations through investigation to inform long-term technology-enabled process solutions. Coordinate projects to ensure milestone and service level adherence while partnering with leadership to strategize cost-reduction and outcome-improvement arrangements. Translate data analysis into synthesized insights, develop strategies to prioritize projects based on growth targets, and support implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain relationships across teams to drive essential program results and lead decision-making consensus. Report to Manager, Process Improvements, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week in the New York office. Base pay ranges from $75,348 to $98,894 annually, with eligibility for performance bonuses and standard employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience supporting end-to-end project management and process improvement projects
- 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve for efficiency, determine causes for process deficiencies and, develop relevant recommendations for resolution
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
- 2+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations aimed at Senior Leadership
- Experience leading and working with team members to get agreement on decision
- hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week
- Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work experience in Prior Authorizations or Insurance Operations
- Experience using project management and communication tools like JIRA, Linear, and Slack
- ACA marketplace, provider network, claims, healthcare quality, or provider data experience
- Training experience applying Continuous Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma principles
- Experience working with large datasets, data verification, and data management
