Job Summary
Onboard and maintain private banking relationships by managing the full client lifecycle from intake through account opening, funding, and documentation completion. Gather and validate client information for regulatory review, ensuring accurate execution of KYC, AML, CIP, and beneficial ownership requirements across deposit and lending products. Coordinate follow-up activities with bankers, underwriters, and operations teams to resolve exceptions and escalate operational or fraud risks. Serve as a subject matter resource for complex account structures, including trusts, estates, and family offices, while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role supports the Private Banking Team in New York, NY, focusing on seamless client experiences and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, CIP, beneficial ownership, and related onboarding requirements
- Familiarity with deposit products, lending processes, and client documentation requirements
- Experience handling complex account structures, including trusts and entities
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong risk awareness
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of total work experience in an operational and/or client services field
- Experience supporting client onboarding, account opening, or relationship management within private banking, wealth management, or financial services
