Job Summary
Manage portfolio accounting operations, including securities instruments settlement, foreign exchange reconciliation, investment accounting, and fund reporting. Utilize Power BI, Power Apps, and automation tools to analyze data and ensure high-level accuracy in financial statements. Work in a hybrid setup with mid-shift hours from 3 PM to midnight in Quezon City. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience
- Proficient English, written and spoken
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City
- Hybrid work set up (3x work onsite)
- Mid shift work schedule (3pm to 12mid night)
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Accounting designation
- Strong knowledge of information systems
- Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Power Apps
- Automation tools (VBA, Robotics) or machine learning
- Knowledge in French
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
- Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to react quickly, adapt to changes and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fund accounting or investment administration
- Knowledge of and experience with securities instruments/settlement, foreign exchange, reconciliation, investment accounting and Fund reporting
