Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing will own end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other programmatic platforms; responsibilities include managing budgets and bids, monitoring daily account health and key metrics (KPIs, ROAS, conversions, CTR, CPA), developing end-to-end strategies aligned with client goals, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data to drive optimizations across ad creative, landing pages, targeting and bidding, providing mentorship and best-practice guidance, staying updated on trends and tools, exploring automation and AI-driven optimization, and presenting insights and strategic recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Advertising/Media, Marketing, Mass Communications, e-Commerce or related field; Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree acceptable
