Senior Specialist, Performance (Courier Pricing)

Senior Specialist, Performance (Courier Pricing) will design, analyze, and optimize rider payment and incentive strategies across multiple markets, serving as the bridge between business goals and on-the-ground operations. Responsible for developing and harmonizing incentive frameworks, evaluating financial impact and cost-per-order trends, translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations, and rolling out advanced data science models and automated tools for rider payments and operational efficiency. Collaborates with the Central Product team to translate business requirements into product requests, supports testing and adoption of new pricing capabilities, and builds strong stakeholder relationships with operations, finance, and market teams to drive scalable solutions and improved logistics performance.
