Job Summary
Design and optimize rider payment and incentive models across 16 diverse markets to harmonize strategies while maintaining financial discipline. Evaluate financial impact and cost-per-order trends to align incentive structures with profitability targets and ensure sufficient rider supply. Analyze large datasets to identify inefficiencies in rider payments and logistics operations, translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations. Execute regional implementation of advanced data science models and automated tools for operational efficiency. Partner with the Central Product team to influence payment feature development and drive adoption of new capabilities. Collaborate with operations, finance, and local stakeholders to implement refined incentive structures and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Experience specifically in the gig-economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics
- University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Looker
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
