Job Summary
Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources to simplify data provision to the organization. Maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and future needs. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data against global standards and models. Document data processes, standards, and best practices to contribute to overall data integrity and compliance. Adhere to data privacy regulations and standards while proactively identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks. Support user testing, resolve HR data issues, and assist with data requests during system updates.
Required Qualifications
