Job Summary
Senior Specialist - Payments role focused on enhancing player experience by handling deposit/withdrawal/verification journeys, reviewing system alerts, validating customer documentation, investigating fraud, and building case files. Responsibilities include reviewing customer profiles and transaction histories, approving or rejecting withdrawals, escalating to client and retailer teams, developing strategies to improve approval rates and member experience, and producing documentation based on methodology standards. Requires experience in banking/payments/fraud/i-Gaming, strong investigative and analytical abilities, knowledge of gambling regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with hybrid remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or i-Gaming industries preferred
- Strong investigation skills
