Job Summary
Lead strategic campaigns and deliver measurable impact by managing the planning, setup, and optimization of paid search accounts across different markets. Oversee overall account health, proactively troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and identify opportunities to scale successful ones. Translate complex performance data into strategic recommendations that influence client decisions and future investments while contributing to new business initiatives, pitches, and solution design. Requires 4+ years of paid search experience, strong Norwegian and English skills, and a focus on AI-powered tools. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience within Paid Search in an agency or in-house
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Deep business understanding
