Job Summary
Lead the successful deployment of improvement projects aligned with NBS Next initiatives by engaging with all functions and levels of the ICS organization to teach and develop through hands-on coaching. Mentor teams to create value through identification and elimination of waste while serving as the conduit between the business and IT to develop, validate, and deploy related reports, tools, and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement of information metrics and data reporting, compile data, manage databases, and ensure data integrity. Help define, execute, and lead the short and long-term strategy for Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost across global business functions. Maintain the project pipeline to support divisional strategic business initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of eight to twelve years of SAP experience in the area of Engineering Change Management, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Shop Floor Control
- 4-6 years of progressive continuous improvement experience
- Change management/transformational experience
- Experience leading process mapping sessions via SIPOC or comparable processes
- Experience building and tracking projects with a detailed project plan
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead initiatives working collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated effective execution of concurrent projects and ability to multi-task
- Able to influence at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, PowerBI, and SAP
- Estimated 20% Domestic and International travel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or relevant degree
- Proficiency in Lean thinking with application in both operations and transactional environments in a variety of situations
