Job Summary
Senior Specialist MES Recipe Author at Viatris/Mylan Technologies leads subject-matter expertise for site MES recipe/workflow processes, creates and maintains MES master data, and collaborates with operations, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support MES interfaces with SAP, LIMS, Historian, and other systems. Responsible for initiating, revising, and validating MES functions for operations and supporting validation documents. Develops or revises MES-related procedures to comply with current GMP and quality requirements. Supports audits and periodic reviews of the system related to EBR recipes, workflows, and master data, and provides and supports MES end-user training to ensure compliance. Exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location. Equal opportunity employer. The salary range is $55,000 - $105,000. This role emphasizes manufacturing data integrity, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve MES performance and training across users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to complete documentation
- Initiative and good interpersonal relationships
- Ability to make decisions in line with policies and values
- Computer literacy and technical abilities including attention to details and interpretation of instructions in electronic records, manufacturing orders, procedures, qualification, and/or validation protocols
- Ability to do arithmetic computations associated with the requirements of the position
