Job Summary
Senior Specialist responsible for leading the marketing platforms technology stack. You’ll work hands-on with Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement), DAM, eDM platforms, and CMP OneTrust, and manage integrations that connect these tools. You’ll translate roadmap priorities into shipped features, oversee architecture decisions that are extensible and interoperable, and guide both front-end and back-end developers through DevOps delivery, QA, and UAT to ensure reliable releases. You’ll communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders, balance engineering trade-offs with business objectives, and drive delivery in a fluid environment where priorities shift. You’ll own the DevOps delivery chain, frame and refine business requirements, set standards, address technical debt proactively, and ensure the ecosystem remains coherent and scalable over time.
