Job Summary
Senior Specialist - Marketing Organization Planning role focused on designing and maintaining the marketing organization structure, conducting workforce capacity planning and talent management support, coordinating with HR and marketing leadership on staffing forecasts, standardizing job descriptions and competency frameworks, and providing leadership with insights on organizational effectiveness and performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-4 years of experience in organizational planning within marketing/communications, strong analytical skills, stakeholder-management ability, proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, and capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Desirable knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirable
