Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations

Job Summary
Own the intake, creation, and assignment of all Retail marketing and business requests across StoneX Self-Directed brands and regions globally. Partner with Retail marketing managers and regional stakeholders to ensure clear briefs, prioritization, and alignment, while managing competing priorities and escalating conflicts where necessary. Plan, prioritize, and oversee the end-to-end flow of requests, optimizing resource allocation across Content, Design, Social, Video, Website, and Product Marketing teams. Lead configuration and enhancement of Retail workflows within JIRA, design automation rules, and drive adoption of best practices. Support Retail marketing budget tracking, financial governance, and reporting, while maintaining structured communication with global stakeholders on status, risks, and capacity. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and continuously evaluate workflows to implement scalable improvements. Work full-time, four days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in marketing operations, project management, or traffic management within high-demand, digitally led marketing organizations (financial services or regulated environments preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing and technology projects from concept through delivery
- Strong resourcing and capacity planning experience (in-house or agency)
- Advanced experience using JIRA and Confluence (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of workflow systems and operational governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Commercially aware and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
- Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office
