Job Summary
Senior Specialist Marketing will support Disney Store brand marketing, product marketing, retail marketing, and social/digital initiatives, as well as providing support for e-commerce marketing across multiple channels. The role requires close collaboration with internal cross–line-of-business teams and external agencies and marketing partners to ensure effective and consistent execution. Key responsibilities include planning and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives; assisting in planning and executing pop-up store grand openings with events and activation strategies; developing visuals, product storytelling, marketing assets, and retail visual merchandising for online and offline stores; overseeing social media and digital marketing activities; coordinating production, installation, and ongoing maintenance with internal and external stakeholders; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive synergy across TWDC to support product sell-through and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Creative or related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing, brand development, promotions or project management
- Experience working with or for multiple divisions of international companies or agencies
