Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Contract Services within Mastercard’s Global Business Services Center (GBSC) Legal Services team. Role entails end-to-end contract preparation and execution for an assigned portfolio of transactions, triaging requests to ensure policy adherence, reviewing and negotiating routine vendor and commercial contracts (including NDAs, software license agreements, consulting/service agreements), ensuring alignment with business units and approved playbooks, analyzing contract requirements for compliance with laws and internal policies, and delivering superior customer service with strong SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- JD or other advanced education a plus
- Ability to review, draft, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial contracts including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, and related service agreements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with legal and business stakeholders
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Knowledge of diverse legal systems and business practices a plus
