Job Summary
Senior Specialist, LEAP Operations responsible for end-to-end LEAP training program execution in India, coordinating classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning; managing calendars, participant rosters, logistics (venues, meeting links, materials, system access), and communications; partnering with SMEs, trainers, vendors, and facilitators; tracking training metrics, building dashboards, onboarding cohorts, and designing surveys to drive process improvements; requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in training coordination or learning operations, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and meticulous program management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in training coordination, learning operations, or program support
- Experience with early-career or graduate talent programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
- Cultural adaptability for India-based LEAP program
