Job Summary
Senior Specialist for Cotton On Kids US brand marketing. Own the US Kids brand presence across social, creator programmes, community, and events; translate global AUS briefs into US-relevant social, creator, and event plans; manage US social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) and content pipeline; build and manage the US creator community and the Funday Club; plan and execute in-store events and brand activations; collaborate with licensing partners on US Kids brand collaborations; manage an intern and stay hands-on in production. Requires 3 to 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing with experience in kids/family brands, plus strong cross-functional collaboration and creator management skills. Travel up to 20% and ability to lead strategy while hands-on in execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing
- Experience managing social channels and content pipelines end to end
- Experience planning and executing events, activations, or community moments
- Experience with kids, family, or parent-adjacent brands
- Ability to brief creators, manage usage rights, and report on performance
- Comfortable owning strategy while hands-on in output
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Ability to stand, travel, and manage events as described in role
