Job Summary
Administer Linux and Windows server OS versions, including RHEL, SUSE, and Ubuntu, while managing Oracle ExaCC, SAP HANA cloud, and on-premises deployments. Perform patching, security administration, and backup/data protection for all systems using tools like Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, Veeam, and SolarWinds. Support incident, task, and change tickets in ServiceNow, negotiate with vendors such as Red Hat and Microsoft, and automate deployments. Participate in on-call rotation and work with customers of varying skill sets.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in various versions of Linux including RHEL, SUSE and Ubuntu
- Expertise in various versions of Windows Server including 2019, 2022 and 2025
- Knowledge of Oracle engineered systems
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the SAP HANA cloud and on-premises deployments
- Patching and other security administration experience of all the above systems
- Ability to work with customers with different skill sets
- Ability to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Hands on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, and PowerShell
- Knowledge of backup tools like Veeam, Commvault and Rubrik
- Great customer service skills and willingness to cross-train others
- Team player, willing to work in small to large groups as needed
- Self-starter, ambitious, creative thinker, doesn't except status quo and always looking at ways to continue to move the group forward
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which they applied
