Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis

Interface with internal IT and business teams to understand improvement opportunities and analyze systems for growth. Perform scope and business impact analysis for new requirements, then prepare process mappings and flow charts. Assist in troubleshooting user-created reports, provide training, and create or update SQL and data flows using ETL tools.
