Senior Specialist, Investor Services Operations

Job Summary
Conduct, analyze, and report on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity while leading client onboarding and internal conversions. Perform key metric reporting, consult on daily processes, and resolve escalated issues to assist management in business operations. Review processes and procedures to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and recommend modifications for improved productivity. Apply key controls to identify potential risks and analyze business data to mitigate risk or enhance client relationships. Provide guidance to less experienced team members to contribute to team objectives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience, with a preference for transfer agency operations background. Located in Boston, MA, with a four-day in-office requirement.
Required Qualifications
