Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Client Processing Oversight within the UK Transfer Agency team in Manchester. Responsible for oversight of client processing, including transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, and reconciliations; investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, analyze data to monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. Supports the operations manager with daily workflow management, training, and periodic audits with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures all work complies with clients’ regulatory requirements including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR and Consumer Duty. Suitable candidates have a combination of education, training, and experience, with 5-7 years preferred but less experience considered; financial services operations/oversight experience and openness to developing AI/digital tools are advantageous.
Desired Qualifications
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred but we will consider less experienced candidates
- Bachelor's degree may be beneficial, but not necessarily required
- Experience in a financial services operational area and/or oversight preferred
- Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools preferred
