Job Summary

Senior Specialist leads configuration and support of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions within a matrixed HR Technology environment. You will execute heavy Workday configuration for Recruiting and Talent modules, configure third-party systems like Phenom People and Ajinga, assess and manage new business requests, collaborate with HR Technology process leads and COEs, and apply technical troubleshooting to resolve complex HRIS problems while ensuring data privacy and driving HR process improvements across a global technology stack.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS, IT, or HR Operations with a Bachelor's degree, OR minimum 6 years of experience with a High School diploma
  • Workday Configuration: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or 2 years hands-on experience in Workday Talent
  • Experience translating end-user business requirements into technical system functionality
  • Minimum 2 years leading or executing technology User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end system testing
  • Demonstrated understanding of data privacy principles and practices
  • Experience leading projects within deadline-driven, fast-paced environments
  • Proven Experience presenting system capabilities and technical solutions to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing analytical skills to resolve complex business problems
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and identifying HRIS improvements
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Configuration: Experience in advanced Workday Talent Management configuration
  • Experience/Knowledge of Phenom People and/or AJINGA platforms
  • Knowledge of Workday report writing
  • Knowledge of China's PIPL laws
  • Experience with core Talent Acquisition processes such as Job Applications, Assessments, and Background Checks
  • Experience with Change Management: leading others through organizational or system changes
