Job Summary
Oversee Benefits & Equity processes, serve as Payroll & Benefits expert in system functionality, business processes, and audits; lead process improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Total Rewards, HR Client Delivery, and GE Businesses; manage third-party payroll/benefits providers to ensure compliant, high-quality services; drive continuous improvement to reduce manual work and align with global standards; build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines; require English fluency, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in HR operations; familiar with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data-driven performance metrics; contribute to a fast-paced multinational environment with strong customer service and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related work experience, ideally within a multinational organization
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and countries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service focus
