Job Summary
Senior Specialist for SAP BI/HANA design, development, and global rollout. Be responsible for end-to-end implementation activities for analytical and BI solutions, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing coordination (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support, with a strong focus on SDLC adherence and delivering high-quality, scalable BI solutions. Contributes to ECC to S/4HANA remediation efforts and collaborates with a diverse, globally distributed team to enable data-driven decision-making for finance and corporate stakeholders. Strong emphasis on hands-on SAP BI/HANA development, data modeling (calculation views, ADSOs, Transformations, Info Providers), SQL Script, and familiarity with SAP Datasphere/BDC technologies, plus cross-functional collaboration in a regulated pharma environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project experience in SAP and HANA development
- Functional and business process knowledge of at least 1–2 SAP subject areas, focused on analytics
- Hands-on experience with SAP BI Suite, HANA, data modeling, and data migration
