Job Summary
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure effective coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team while monitoring changes in accounting standards and regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group accounting function and mentor accounting professionals to foster a high-performance culture. This executive role shapes the company's financial reporting framework and supports strategic decision-making within Saudi Arabia's entertainment and cultural development sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in group accounting
- significant leadership experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS
