Senior Specialist Funding Controlling (m/f/d)

Senior Specialist Funding Controlling to manage funding demands for R&D and Capex, steer long-, mid- and short-term planning for R&D and Capex, prepare decision-making documents and performance reports for cross-functional committees and the TRATON Executive Board, support harmonized controlling processes and standards, act as a trusted partner for cross-functional and cross-brand teams, and further develop the system landscape to support TRATON Group planning processes. The role requires a university degree in economics or related field, strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail, excellent English communication, ability to work independently with senior leaders, and a willingness to collaborate across functions. Location is Munich, Germany with hybrid working and EU-wide remote options within the stated policy.
